WINGS OF FREEDOM INAUGURAL EVENT

New Inspirational Event to be Held at Shawnee Inn

Stroudsburg - Wings Of Freedom will launch its first Inspirational Women’s Event on June 7th at Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort.

This organization represents a spiritual and self-empowering movement designed to inform and entertain.

Co-sponsor Lorena Roman Photography will be unveiling a 50 piece Wings Of Freedom photography art exhibit. It features many notable women from the Pocono region.

Our featured speaker for the evening is Linda Drexinger Durishin, an administrator of organizational development at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Her message involves how self-empowerment and true love strips us of our veils and gives us Wings of Freedom.

Angeline Wolf Gloria Dance Company from the Totts Gap Art Institute will perform an interpretive Wings Of Freedom dance program.

We will also be unveiled our first Wings Of Freedom Award Winner, given to a person who has overcome many obstacles in their lives to achieve Wings Of Freedom.

A silent Auction will be held that night to benefit Bloom Bangor - a counseling and home for abused and sex trafficked women.

Everyone attending the event will get a Wings Of Freedom 3D design courtesy of East Stroudsburg University’s 3D Lab.

The event on Friday, June 6th starts with a Mix ’N Mingle social with cocktails and light bites at 5:30PM, followed by our program starting at 7:00PM.
