What You’ll Do
As a Regional Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your branch’s success:
Lead & Inspire a Team
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 1–8 employees
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and performance evaluations
Own Branch Operations
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes
• Maintain branch standards, inventory, and overall facility upkeep
Deliver Exceptional Member Experiences
• Step in to support front-line service when needed (licenses, titles, memberships, travel services)
• Ensure every member interaction reflects AAA’s commitment to excellence
Drive Growth & Sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Coach your team to uncover customer needs and close sales
• Promote AAA products, services, and travel offerings
Manage the Business
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
• Handle basic financial operations (deposits, balancing, bill payments)

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in customer service, retail, or operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Sales mindset with the ability to coach others to succeed
• Comfort with technology and business systems
• Knowledge of travel services is a plus
