Job Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service to guests before, during, and after their escape room experience.
• Monitor games in progress, ensuring an engaging and immersive experience.
• Give hints and clues when needed, keeping the game fun and challenging.
• Greet and check-in groups, explain game rules, and set the scene for their experience.
• Reset rooms quickly and accurately between games.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and payments.
• Assist with day-to-day cleaning and general upkeep of the facility.
• Help troubleshoot game technology or prop malfunctions when needed.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real-time.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
