Susan Vernicek | Susan Vernicek first started changing lives 13 years ago through her wellness magazine, Identity Magazine which empowers women to transform through Self-Acceptance, Appreciation, and Personal Achievement—Her signature "Get All A's" Formula
Jamie Kizer | Jamie Kizer is a serial entrepreneur, educator, and leadership expert, committed to lifting and supporting individuals, organizations, and communities through their stages of growth and optimization.
Jamie is the CEO of Lifting Leaders Group, LLC, a national leadership development company providing workplace training, leadership assessments, and executive coaching services.
Before starting the Lifting Leaders Group, her sixth company, Jamie, served as Interim Director of Entrepreneurship at ESU and continues her mentorship of current students and alumni. Her previous companies crossed many industries, including magazine publishing, non-profit consulting, brick & mortar retail, an international art gallery, and business strategy/coaching. Jamie is also the founder of the Perry County Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Mothers and Daughters in Business.
Born and raised in the Poconos, Jamie returned home in 2019, elated to see the progress and growth made over the years. As an active community member, Jamie serves as Secretary for the Rotary Club of the Stroudsburgs and is a board member of Family Promise-Monroe County.
Jamie holds a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership.
Renelle Theodore | I have been a working wife & mom to 4 beautiful boys for the last 17 years & whole heartedly believe in a healthy life/work balance. I do however enjoy the juggling & balancing of it all. I thrive most when life is full! Thankfully I have been provided different opportunities at different seasons of my life to be able to manage it well. For the last 4 years I have had the privilege & honor to work at Great Wolf Lodge as the Human Resources Manager. I love people & engaging with them on a daily basis. We all have stories & so I enjoy just sharing life with the Pack. I especially love the people of the Poconos
Irene Titus| My name is Irene Titus, and I the General Manager of Elek Plumbing, where I lead of team of 40 employees. I also am a small business owner of iST Works, LLC, with my partner and husband Steve. I am a small business consultant, public relations manager, and a licensed cosmetologist, specializing in performing hair and makeup services on the deceased, disabled and the infirmed. Hard work and community service is an integral part of who I am, and I am honored to have received the award for Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence in 2021.
