One of Trinidad's most popular dish. A dish that can be served with a variety of sides.
Ex. Macaroni pie, any kind of rice, provisions, coo coo, fish and as a soup amoungst many other sides. It is a combination of vegetables, fresh seasonings, cooked down in coconut milk.
Every participant will walk away with a “Dish in a Bag” Including all ingredients and knowledge of how to recreate dish from the comfort of their own kitchen. A chance to show off their newly lernt skills and take their family and or friends on a Caribbean trip without leaving the Poconos.
Upon completion of class, Callaloo will be served with complimentary Coo Coo & Fish.
